Delivery Policy

All timelines are in business days and begin after BOTH of these conditions are met:

• →Full payment has been received and confirmed
• →Client has submitted the completed onboarding form with all required assets and information

• →Initial preview link shared via email & WhatsApp within the estimated timeframe
• →2 rounds of free revisions if requested within 14 days of delivery
• →Final delivery includes: live website URL, admin login credentials, and handover documentation
• →Post-launch walkthrough video provided for easy self-management
• →Support period begins immediately after final delivery

• →Fully functional live website on your domain
• →Admin/CMS login credentials
• →All source files and assets (logos, images, brand kit)
• →PDF handover document with instructions
• →10–15 minute Loom walkthrough video
• →WhatsApp/email support for the first 3–12 months (as per package)

If delivery is delayed beyond 2× the estimated timeline due to our fault, clients are eligible for a partial refund or service credit. Our team will proactively communicate any delays and provide revised timelines.

Delays caused by late content submission, unresponsive clients, or unclear requirements from the client's side are not eligible for refunds or compensation.

Rush delivery (50% faster than standard timeline) is available for an additional fee of 30% of the package price. Contact us before placing your order to confirm rush delivery availability.
